How SAFE pricing works

The SAFE Billing Platform comes in four package sizes. Pick the one that matches the number of customers you bill and the level of support you need. You can move between packages at any time as your business grows.

Every package includes the same core platform, so you are never paying for missing features. The differences are package size, included support time and contract length.

From £20/mo

For new resellers getting set up. Email support, month-to-month, no minimum term.

Standard

From £100/mo

For growing resellers. Email support with 30 minutes included per month.

Premium

From £500/mo

For established resellers. Email and phone support, 60 minutes per month, six-month term.

Enterprise

From £1,500/mo

For large resellers. Email and phone support, 120 minutes per month, twelve-month term.

All prices exclude VAT. No setup fees. No hidden charges. Each package is available in multiple sizes based on customer count.

Pricing questions

How do I pick the right package?
Pick by the number of customers you bill and the level of support you want. Startup suits resellers running a pilot or fewer than 100 customers. Standard and Premium cover most growing resellers. Enterprise is for larger books with hundreds or thousands of accounts.
Are there any setup fees or hidden charges?
No setup fees, and no hidden charges on top of the monthly price for the package you choose. Each package is sized by customer count, and the size you need is set out clearly before you sign up. All prices exclude VAT.
Can I change package later?
Yes. You can move up or down a package as your customer base changes. Startup is month-to-month with no minimum term, so it is easy to try the platform before settling on a longer term.
What about contract length?
Startup and Standard run month to month. Premium has a six-month minimum and Enterprise a twelve-month minimum. After the minimum term, both continue on a rolling basis.
Do you offer custom pricing for very large resellers?
Yes, custom pricing is available for resellers above the Enterprise threshold or for unusual requirements such as dedicated hosting. Get in touch for a quote.
How do payments and refunds work?
You are invoiced monthly. Card payments go through Stripe and Direct Debit through GoCardless. Refunds are handled in line with our terms; in practice we will sort any genuine billing error promptly.
