What counts as recurring billing?
Anything you charge a customer on a regular cycle: line rental, hosted PBX seats, broadband, equipment rental, support plans, software licences. SAFE handles all of these on the same monthly, quarterly or annual schedule, alongside one-off charges and rated calls.
How does prorating work when a customer changes mid-cycle?
When a service is added, removed or swapped partway through a billing period, SAFE works out the charge for the partial period automatically. The customer pays for what they actually had, and the invoice line items show the exact dates the partial period covers alongside the total.
Can I run different billing cycles for different customers?
